Since 2011, Watson’s Hat Shop in Cave Creek, AZ, has been making completely custom western and dress hats by hand on heritage equipment. Every piece—from the pure beaver felt bodies to the thread—is made in America. Using equipment originally made in the 1860s, Watson's creates a hat uniquely fitted to each customer’s head, not just the crown and the brim, but the shape of the hat where it rests on your head is perfectly custom shaped.
